The Architect® biometric reader enhances the security of your access control system and provides strong multi-factor authentication by combining open LEGIC® Advant technologies, a touchscreen / keypad and a fingerprint sensor.

Secure Scramble Pad Feature
The reader protects access against the fraudulent use of identification codes by the random display of the keys.

Ultimate Self-Protection
The patented tamper protection system protects sensitive data and gives the possibility to delete the authentication keys. Unlike the current solutions on the market, the reliability of the accelerometer based technology avoids it being outsmarted.

Strong Multi-Factor Authentication
The reader combines the reading of a secure LEGIC® Advant credential with fingerprint identification and PIN entry to enhance security levels.
Fingerprints are converted into a template, meaning no image is ever saved. Templates stored on the card or server are then also encrypted and signed to guarantee the confidentiality, the origin and the integrity of the data.
