Position and duties:

Under the responsibility of the Purchasing & Supply Manager, you will work closely together with the Purchasing Assistant, particularly in the following areas:

  • You will enter orders and perform the required accounting reconciliations (orders, delivery notes, invoices, follow-up of payment notes).
  • You will be responsible for the transfer of technical files to the subcontractor.
  • You will monitor outsourced stock levels and analyse discrepancies.
  • You will propose procurement plans according to requirements.
  • You will permanently manage the follow-up and internal communication of production and supply schedules.
  • As part of our ISO 9001 certification, you will monitor the indicators related to supplier deliveries.
  • Finally, you will be responsible for the creation of references, bills of material, and the follow-up of article documentation (prices, MOQ, NM, suppliers).

In addition to these tasks, you will be involved in the design process in collaboration with the R&D team based on your knowledge of the technical production requirements and the market situation.



You have a BAC +2/+3, in administrative management (DUT GEA, BTS Assistant(e) de Gestion...), you can provide proof that you have been working successfully in a Purchasing department within the electronics industry.

A personal interest in high-tech electronic products is considered a benefit as it will allow you to maintain a proficient level of product knowledge.

You are familiar with ERP type management software tools. Knowledge of SAGE 100C is a plus.

As an organised, rigorous and methodical person, you have excellent interpersonal communication skills, which will help you to get on well with representatives of the various internal departments and suppliers.

Your command of English enables you to communicate professionally with all suppliers.
