We protect our customers’ data and assets, build trusted relationships through dialogue and responsible guidance, and actively reduce our environmental impact by optimizing logistics, engaging suppliers and limiting packaging. As a signatory of the RFAR charter, we support impactful initiatives and closely monitor our extra-financial performance.

We are committed to improving quality of work life while fostering inclusion, skills and social engagement. We promote a healthy work–life balance and optimal working conditions, strengthen collective performance through training and collaboration, and actively support diversity and inclusion. Beyond our organization, we engage in social and societal initiatives by sharing SSCP technology, supporting our Resilience foundation, and building regional partnerships with schools.

Take care of our Environnement

We are committed to reducing our environmental footprint through eco-design and responsible practices. We assess the environmental impact of our products through Life Cycle Assessments, integrate eco-design across our products and services, and improve waste management. We also reduce our carbon footprint by streamlining tools, promoting digitalization, optimizing transportation, and encouraging eco-friendly behaviors among our employees.

Support individuals while respecting their identity and personal development

We continuously work to improve our employees’ Quality of Life at Work (QWL). We promote a healthy work–life balance by adapting working conditions through flexible schedules and remote work. Our remote work charter allows up to two days of teleworking per week, with flexibility during the week, alongside a 35-hour workweek with half-day schedule adjustments.

We strengthen attraction, retention and our employer brand by continuously improving quality of life at work. We provide services that support employee well-being and work–life balance, and measure engagement through a biannual internal survey.

Empowering our Team

We foster collective performance by investing in employee development. In 2024, 1.5% of payroll was allocated to training, resulting in a total of 2,855 hours, or 21.5 hours per employee. A dedicated HR representative monitors skills development to ensure continuous learning and growth across the company.

Promote diversity & inclusion

We are committed to promoting diversity and inclusion, creating an environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to grow. We engage in initiatives such as workshops with the “Women in Security” association and actively promote gender equality: in 2024, 40% of our executives and 38.1% of female employees held managerial positions, while women represented 33% of the executive committee and 39.1% of our workforce.

Created to rethink all roles within the company while considering social, societal and environmental responsibilities, this initiative reflects STid’s commitment to sustainable performance. Believing that everyone can contribute to change, STid fosters collective and day-to-day involvement in innovation. This commitment is driven by a permanent committee that meets quarterly to define and monitor short- and mid-term objectives, ensuring continuous progress and measurable impact.
