Sales Person
Position and duties:
We are looking for a Distribution Sales Manager focused on long-term relationships, partner loyalty, and account development.
Reporting to the France Sales Management, you will develop and manage a portfolio of distributors and partner clients, with the objective of driving sustainable revenue growth.
What you will do
Develop & retain your portfolio
- Understand your customers’ needs and support them in their projects
- Propose appropriate solutions, negotiate and close deals in line with our commercial policy
- Monitor orders and coordinate internal teams (sales administration, technical, logistics, etc.)
- Maintain close relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor your market and identify new opportunities
Animate & energize the distributor network
- Identify new partners and structure the development of your network
- Promote our solutions and build compelling technical value propositions
- Organize and lead events and commercial initiatives to boost engagement
Profile
With a 2–3 year degree (Associate/Bachelor equivalent) in business (technical sales, sales management, business development, etc.) or in electronics/electrical engineering, you have at least 3 years of experience in B2B business development, ideally gained in a technical environment (electronic security, hardware, IT, technological solutions, etc.).
You have a strong interest in technical products and are able to understand customer challenges in order to propose relevant solutions.
Your excellent interpersonal skills, listening ability, and consultative approach enable you to build strong and lasting relationships.
Motivated by the development and retention of a portfolio of customers and partners, you build solid, long-term collaborations.
Driving license required – regular travel within Île-de-France and the northern half of France.
