SALES PERSON

Human Resources Manager

Permanent Position – F/M – (FRANCE)

Position and duties:

As a BE.WEAPON Sales Representative, you play a key role in driving business development across Southern France. A true hunter, you actively contribute to business growth by expanding the partner network, creating new business opportunities, and strengthening the visibility of the BE.WEAPON solution in a strategic market.

BE.WEAPON is a comprehensive solution for the management, traceability and security of sensitive equipment (weapons, ammunition, ballistic vests, radios, accessories, etc.), combining RFID technology, dedicated software, secure storage vaults, secured cabinets, key cabinets, and access control systems.

What you will do

Business development & partner network management

  • Identify prospects and build an effective prospecting plan across Southern France.
  • Present our weapon and sensitive equipment traceability solutions.
  • Promote our solutions and services, tailoring your message to each type of stakeholder.
  • Animate and engage the STid partner and distributor network around the BE.WEAPON solution.
  • Organize and participate in commercial events (trade shows, product demonstrations, business breakfasts, partner days) to increase brand visibility.

Client portfolio management & growth

Role and Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Human Resources Director, you play a key role in driving collective performance. You deploy the Group’s HR strategy in France and internationally, combining operational expertise, a strong service mindset, and a business-oriented vision.

You act as the conductor of payroll operations, the HR point of contact for managers and employees, and a strategic relay of the HR Director.

Your mission: to be a hands-on, structured and committed HR professional.

HR administration & payroll

  • Oversee HR administrative processes (employment contracts, absences, employee records).
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data shared with payroll providers.

Employee relations & compliance

  • Ensure compliance with legal and collective labor regulations.
  • Participate in meetings with employee representative bodies.
  • Maintain a constructive and positive social climate.

Manager & employee support

  • Advise managers and employees on HR practices.

Profile

You are passionate about Human Resources and enjoy being at the heart of interactions. Ideally holding a Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Human Resources, you have experience in demanding environments where versatility is essential: one day ensuring payroll accuracy and data reliability, the next supporting a manager through a sensitive situation or deploying a strategic HR initiative.

Engineer C# /.NET

Software Test & Validation Engineer

Permanent Position – F/M – (FRANCE)

Position and duties:

As part of the development of our software platform and the automation of our infrastructure, we are looking for a C# / .NET Engineer with a strong interest in DevOps practices (Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes, etc.).

What you will do

C# / .NET Development

  • Contribute to the design and development of applications and services using C# / .NET.
  • Implement REST APIs and Windows services.
  • Write unit tests and apply software quality best practices (Clean Code, SOLID).
  • Contribute to technical documentation.

DevOps / Continuous Integration

  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines (build, test, deployment).
  • Participate in environment automation (Docker, PowerShell/Bash scripts, Terraform, ArgoCD, etc.).
  • Deploy services on cloud or on-prem environments (Kubernetes, SecNumCloud, Ingress, etc.).
  • Apply DevSecOps best practices, including vulnerability scanning (Trivy) and hardening of runners and agents.

Profile

With a background ranging from Bachelor’s to Master’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5), you have approximately 5 years of experience in a role combining software development and DevOps practices.

Required technical skills

  • Strong proficiency in C# and .NET (7+).
  • Good knowledge of Git and a CI/CD tool (Azure DevOps).
  • Solid understanding of containerization (Docker, Docker Compose).
  • Knowledge of infrastructure tools (Terraform, ArgoCD) and scripting (PowerShell, Bash).
  • Comfortable working in Windows and Linux environments.
  • Interest and experience in Vibe Coding: using AI to accelerate design, prototyping and innovation, while maintaining a critical eye on code quality and robustness.

Nice-to-have skills

  • Understanding of software architecture principles (TDD, DDD, Clean Architecture).

Permanent Position – F/M – (FRANCE)

Position and duties:

STid, a leader in the design of innovative security and identification solutions, is looking for a Software Test & Validation Engineer to strengthen our team.

You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our web and mobile software solutions. Your expertise will help deliver robust performance and support a development approach focused on excellence.

What you will do

  • Design and execute functional, integration and performance test plans.
  • Automate tests using Playwright and Selenium to accelerate software validation.
  • Work closely with development teams to continuously improve QA processes.
  • Set up and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  • Analyze test results, identify and document defects, and track them through to resolution.
  • Ensure the quality and security of software deliverables within an Agile environment.

Profile

You hold an Engineering degree (or equivalent) in electronics or computer science and have 3 to 5 years of experience in software testing and/or test automation roles.

Required technical skills

  • Strong command of testing methodologies (ISTQB).
  • Good proficiency with test automation tools (Playwright, Postman) and CI/CD tools (GitLab, Azure DevOps).
  • Experience with test management tools, particularly Azure DevOps.
  • Good knowledge of scripting and programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, etc.).
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented and methodical, with a natural curiosity for new technologies.

A strong command of written technical English is required.

Account Manager

ACCOUNT MANAGER

Permanent Position – F/M – (FRANCE)

Reporting to the Sales Department, and as part of the Account Management team, you will contribute to customer satisfaction and revenue growth in an international environment.

This position is to be filled in early April 2026.

Our future Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining close relationships with customers, via email and/or phone.

On a day-to-day basis, you will act as a key link between customers and international sales teams, understanding customer needs and ensuring effective sales follow-up.

To achieve this, your main responsibilities will include (non-exhaustive list):

Sales follow-up
As a true point of contact for STid sales teams, you will inform customers about STid products and solutions and manage customer orders from placement through to validation. You will also ensure that commercial data for your assigned geographical area is kept up to date.

Quotation management
You will collect all necessary and missing information from customers in order to prepare accurate quotations.
You will send quotations along with related documents (estimated lead times, product datasheets, terms and conditions).
You will ensure that quotations are successfully converted into confirmed orders.

Order validation and management
While keeping customers informed of order progress, you will analyse order content and check the customer’s financial solvency.

You may also be required to answer incoming calls on the agency’s main phone line.

Profile

You hold a two-year post-secondary qualification (Bac+2) in a sales or technical-sales field (business development, sales management, customer relations, etc.) and have at least 3 years of successful experience in sales administration, as an account manager or inside sales representative.

Fluency in English is essential, as you will be in daily contact with international stakeholders (customers and sales teams).

You are comfortable using office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as IT tools (internet, email) and have a good command of sales management software such as CRM or ERP systems.

Product Marketing Manager

Quality Control Assistant

STid, a key player in secure and innovative technologies, is looking for a Product Marketing Manager.

You will be responsible for our Smart Interfaces product ranges, integrated hardware and software solutions for access control systems.

Within the Marketing Department, you will lead the definition and execution of the product marketing strategy for the portfolio. Your responsibilities will include offer development, product launches and lifecycle management, while ensuring alignment with market needs and technological developments.

You will act as the key interface between R&D, Sales and Communication teams, ensuring consistency and performance across the solutions offered.

What you will do

Product strategy & roadmap

  • Define and manage the product roadmap in line with the company vision and business objectives.
  • Develop marketing specifications and contribute to functional requirement documents.
  • Monitor product performance and propose optimization plans.

Offer development & Go-to-Market

  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Define product positioning, pricing strategies and relevant business models.
  • Lead product launches to ensure commercial success.

Sales enablement & tools

  • Create sales enablement materials and tools (presentations, product datasheets, catalogs, web content).
  • Train and support sales and pre-sales teams.
  • Represent STid at strategic events and product launches.

Profile

You hold a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in engineering, business or from a university, and have at least 5 years of experience managing a portfolio of technology products (e.g. IoT, electronic components), combining strong technical and business expertise in complex B2B environments.

You have a solid understanding of Product Marketing and/or Product Management fundamentals, including product strategy, pricing, business models and market analysis.

You are recognised for your analytical skills, ability to synthesize information, and strong writing skills when producing materials for executive management and sales teams.

Strong organisational skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, positive communication, initiative and autonomy are key assets for success in this role.

In an international environment, fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.

Permanent Position – F/M – (FRANCE)

Within the Quality Department, you will support the QHSE Manager on a wide range of topics.

More than a traditional support role, we are looking for a committed and hands-on Quality Assistant, close to operations, capable of taking ownership of quality-related topics with autonomy and proactivity, and of making quality a driver of performance and collaboration.

What you will do

  • Manage Level 1 internal and external non-conformities end to end.
  • Provide fast, clear and effective responses to customer complaints.
  • Record, analyse and monitor anomalies and deviations.
  • Lead corrective and containment actions in coordination with the relevant teams.
  • Participate in incoming and outgoing quality inspections.
  • Contribute to the improvement and updating of quality documentation.
  • Take part in internal audits and follow-up of action plans.

The position will also occasionally involve HSE-related tasks, in addition to Quality responsibilities.

Profile

You hold a two-year post-secondary qualification (Bac+2) in Quality and ideally have 2 to 3 years of experience as a Quality Assistant, or have successfully progressed from a Quality Controller role to a Quality Assistant position.

Proactive and communicative, you work closely with operational teams and carry out your missions with rigor and a positive, collaborative mindset.

You have a solid knowledge of the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
