STID WINS THE EUROCOPTER CALL FOR TRACEABILITY KNOW-HOW FOR ITS « HÉLICOPTÈRE DU FUTUR » R&T PROGRAM

STid will supply flexible flyable RFID tags to optimize maintenance operations and logistics for the “Hélicoptère du future” program, carried by Eurocopter.

The “Hélicoptère du Futur” program aims to renew the Eurocopter range, with improved security and cost optimization. Eurocopter, first manufacturer of civilian helicopters in the world, has selected STid among several other candidates, for the design and development of flexible UHF RFID tags, compliant with aerospace standards ATA Spec Spec. 2000 Chapter 9.5 and SAE AS5678.
