Warranty return procedure:

  • Contact STid support support@stid.com.
  • Remote troubleshooting will identify the issue.
  • If necessary, an RMA number will be provided.
  • Ship the faulty product to STid.

Repairs typically take 2 weeks (if under warranty).

If the product is out of warranty, you will receive a repair quote.
