Position and duties:
You will work in the sales department and support the sales team while they perform their daily work for our international subsidiaries and our international customers
You will be answering to clients when they contact us by phone, you will deal with the management of quotations (drafting and follow-up) and you will be responsible for the administration of matters related to export sales.
Additionally, you will also be responsible for the management and updating of our communication databases as well as the updating of management charts and other relevant documentation.
Your customer and service orientation will enable you to improve customer relations and optimise customer satisfaction.
Your experience and/or interest in technology will be of benefit while speaking to our international customers and it will allow you to contribute to the promotion of STid solutions to customers/prospects.
You will be self-sufficient and organized, and you will be showing enthusiasm and curiosity and taking initiative to provide the best support possible to the international sales team. Finally, your versatility will enable you to succeed in this mission in a variety of circumstances.
Your knowledge of Microsoft 365 is required to quickly understand commercial management software and how to produce weekly reports.
You will have to communicate in English with all our subsidiaries on a daily basis.
BAC+2 or +3 (Technico-commercial, NRC, Commercial Development, MUC...).
