Job description
Join our Sales Administration team for a dynamic and enriching experience! You will be supervised by our Sales Administration Manager within a multicultural team, bringing a wealth of experience from 4 different nationalities.
Your main tasks will include:
- Recording orders in our ERP system (Sage)
- Analyzing stock to anticipate delivery times
- Checking orders entered by other team members
- Sending order confirmations to customers
- Managing deliveries, potential delays, and customer needs
- Resolving any disputes related to shipping conditions, in collaboration with freight forwarders

But that's not all! Depending on your profile, other exciting tasks may be added to your responsibilities, such as the administrative management of an Export client portfolio or other tasks compatible with your curriculum.
Profile:
We are looking for a student in a Bac +2/3 or Bachelor's program in fields such as:
- BTS: SME-SMI management assistant, negotiation and digitalization of customer relations
- DUT/BUT/Bachelor: administrative and commercial management
- Professional License
We are seeking a dynamic, responsive, and organized individual, ready to thrive within a friendly and dedicated team.
Proficiency in Microsoft software (Outlook, Excel, Teams) and a good level of English are desired to succeed in this exciting position.
