Position and duties:
Reporting to the Sustainable Performance Department within the Quality team, you will ensure compliance with Quality & HSE procedures. As the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) Manager, you will actively contribute to defining, implementing, and driving the company's quality policy. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Defining and deploying a quality approach through a Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure customer satisfaction and company performance.
- Contributing to setting objectives and performance indicators for processes to ensure continuous improvement.
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures and customer requirements regarding product quality.
- Overseeing STid’s certification process, particularly ISO 9001, and ensuring its renewal.
- Implementing a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) approach to control and prevent risks related to working conditions and the safety of personnel and the environment.
- Ensuring compliance with current procedures and regulations, making recommendations, and coordinating action plans to improve and secure the professional environment.
Profile:
You hold a Bac+5 / Engineering degree in Quality, HSE, or risk management, with at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in a regulated and certified environment. Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and mastery of quality management methods and tools are essential. You are recognized for your analytical and synthesis skills. Solution-oriented, you have a knack for problem-solving and are always seeking improvement actions.
You enjoy fieldwork. Your interpersonal skills and listening abilities will enable you to interact effectively with various internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in English would be an appreciated asset within the company.
