Position and duties:

Attached to the Sales Department, within the Customer Service team, you contribute to customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Our future Customer Service Representative will maintain a close relationship with clients via email and/or phone. Daily, you will act as the liaison between clients and salespeople, considering their needs and ensuring commercial follow-up.

Your main responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Commercial Follow-up:

  • As the key point of contact for STid salespeople, inform clients about STid products/solutions and handle customer orders from receipt to validation.
  • Keep commercial data for your geographic area up to date.

Quotation Preparation:

 

  • Collect precise and missing information from clients to prepare quotes.
  • Send quotes and related documents (estimated delivery time, product sheets, general sales conditions) to clients.
  • Ensure quotes are successfully converted into orders.

Order Validation and Management:

  • Keep clients informed about the progress of their orders.
  • Analyze order content and verify the financial solvency of clients.

You will also handle incoming calls from the agency's switchboard.

 

Profile:

  • You hold a Bac+2 degree in a technical-commercial course, NRC, business development, MUC, etc.
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of successful experience in sales administration, customer service, or internal sales positions.
  • You are comfortable with office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and IT tools (Internet, email) and proficient in commercial management software, CRM/ERP.
  • Autonomous and organized, you demonstrate dynamism, curiosity, and initiative to support the sales team.
  • Proficiency in English is a plus for corresponding with our international subsidiaries and following multiple product training sessions.
