Position and duties: :

As a Product Manager at STid, you will report to the Marketing Manager. You will act as a coordinator, ensuring seamless communication between technical teams (design office) and business teams, predominantly represented internally by the Market Manager.

Your main objective will be to oversee and coordinate the development and delivery of products, focusing on a product-oriented and business-oriented vision. You will be specifically responsible for the Ultra-High-Frequency (UHF) product range within STid's industrial traceability activities.

Your main tasks will include:

  •  Conveying the product vision and developing the product roadmap.
  • Formulating and prioritizing the needs to be developed.
  • Overseeing the development stages.
  • Adopting a continuous improvement approach to the product.

 

This involves:

Gathering all relevant information surrounding the product range: competitive intelligence, technological innovations, market and customer expectations.

Identifying issues related to product development to optimize investments.

Defining and managing the product roadmap in close collaboration with the R&D team: developing functional specifications, planning and supervising development stages, adjusting the development process if necessary.

Prioritizing the various elements and objectives to be achieved, listing dependencies, and planning product deliveries with short, medium, and long-term goals.

 

Profile:

As an engineer by training, you have at least 5 years of professional experience as a product manager in the technology industry, particularly in the field of radio frequency or a similar area.

Having previously worked in collaboration with design offices, you are able to analyze client requests and communicate them to the STid design office.

You are proficient with all product management and development tools; Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Teams. You are highly aware of product lifecycle management (PLM).

Dynamic and proactive, you are comfortable interacting with different stakeholders. Your listening skills, curiosity, and rigor enable you to quickly seek out and analyze information. Your proficiency in English allows you to work daily in an international environment.
