Role and Responsibilities:
STid, a leader in the design of innovative solutions for security and identification, is seeking a Test Manager to lead our quality assurance initiatives, continuous improvement efforts, and project management processes.
As a Test Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all quality assurance and testing activities across our projects.
You will lead a team of QA engineers and technicians, and work closely with the R&D and marketing teams to ensure the highest product quality.
Your scope will include all our solutions: Web, Mobile, Embedded Software, and Hardware products.
Your responsibilities:
Quality Strategy and Management
- Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure functional compliance and prevent regressions in our products.
- Establish quality assurance processes tailored to the company's and team's needs.
Automation and Optimization
- Actively participate in test automation and the implementation of CI/CD pipelines.
- Identify and integrate the most effective technological tools to optimize testing processes.
Test Supervision and Monitoring
- Ensure the relevance of business test scenarios and oversee their execution and follow-up by QA engineers.
- Provide support and perform code reviews.
- Analyze results and anticipate risks to support decision-making.
Team Management
- Inspire, unite, and develop your QA team members to ensure their engagement and growth.
Profile :
You have 5–7 years of professional experience in a Lead QA position, with proven expertise in team management and in implementing automated testing frameworks.
Required Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies (ISTQB certification preferred).
- Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Appium, Postman) and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab, Azure DevOps).
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
- Knowledge of load and performance testing tools.
- Familiarity with testing specific to embedded software.
- Planning and monitoring deadlines, budgets, and KPIs according to quality processes.
