Role and Responsibilities:
As Production Team Leader, you will coordinate and oversee all operations related to the manufacturing, assembly, and configuration of STid products and solutions, up to final quality control before shipment to logistics.
You will manage a team of 13 employees and lead them on a daily basis.
As a hands-on leader, you will drive industrial performance, ensuring product quality, on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and adherence to the company’s CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) policies. Your role is embedded in a continuous improvement approach.
What you will do:
- Organize and monitor daily production in line with planning, available resources, and priorities
- Supervise product assembly and configuration, ensuring compliance with technical specifications
- Ensure smooth workflow and material flow throughout the production process
- Lead the production team: task allocation, daily support, skills development, and team spirit
- Actively participate in production tasks, including:
- Product configuration according to technical requirements
- Quality control of STid product assembly
- Contribute to continuous improvement of methods and processes, in collaboration with the QHSE and process teams
Profile:
You have at least 3 years of experience in an industrial production environment, ideally in a small-to-medium enterprise (SME) or a technology-driven sector.
You have strong knowledge of manufacturing and industrialization methods, as well as proven experience managing workshop teams.
You are comfortable with industrial IT tools and have good knowledge of ERP systems, ideally Sage Production.
You apply continuous improvement principles daily: LEAN Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, etc.
